Chad Spann is a seasoned football coach and former professional running back with extensive experience at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels. A proud alumnus of Northern Illinois University, Chad was a standout athlete, earning accolades such as the Vern Smith Leadership Award (MAC MVP) and leading the NCAA in rushing touchdowns in 2010. His professional playing career spanned the NFL and CFL, where he competed with teams including the Indianapolis Colts, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Saskatchewan Roughriders.

As a coach, Chad has been instrumental in achieving championship success, securing a 6A State Championship at Ben Davis High School and leading Warren Central High School to a 6A State Championship as Offensive Coordinator. Known for his strategic innovation, leadership development, and ability to inspire excellence, Chad continues to build programs that prioritize discipline, accountability, and integrity both on and off the field.
